Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting guests, explaining menu offerings, and responding to special requests
  • Take and deliver orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to guest preferences
  • Serve plated meals, appetizers, and beverages while maintaining proper portion control and presentation
  • Prepare event spaces, including setting tables, arranging décor, and ensuring proper seating layouts
  • Assist in post-event breakdown and cleanup
  • Follow all food handling, health, and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout service
  • Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service execution
  • Address guest concerns in a professional manner and proactively anticipate their needs
