Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Availability to be on-site at the home restaurant minimum five days a week
- Ability to work live chat 3-4 times a month
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Tripleseat and Open Table preferred
- Must be able to manage paperwork, accounting procedures, and multi-tasking effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience
- Experience in restaurant or attraction industry preferred
- Experience with CRM systems such as Tripleseat preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various office applications
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Grow sales through active prospecting of targeted businesses, organizations, and associations
- Enter all prospects, contacts, accounts, and booking information in the CRM (Tripleseat) and basic reservation information in Open Table
- Maintain weekly updates and details on current leads and convert those leads to bookings and accounts
- Act as primary contact for all group clients ensuring event detail completion and client satisfaction
- Manage the booking process to obtain client signatures and update documents and operations with changes
- Develop quarterly sales plans and solicit new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Full cycle sales management including following proper accounting procedures
- Understand and forecast business on a weekly and three-month basis
- Attend and participate in all company-related trainings and meetings
- Strategize with General Manager to plan and execute local store marketing and create profitable bookings
- Attend networking and public events as brand ambassador to drive sales and increase revenue
- Maintain company values of integrity, professionalism, and next-level service
- Effectively schedule and be present for all guest site tours and communicate with management
- Host in-store marketing events
- Work live chat 3-4 times a month
- Be on-site minimum five days a week and work the necessary hours to fulfill duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
