Job Requirements
- Full-time employment
- Hybrid work location based in Gainesville, Florida or remote within the Southeastern United States
- Availability for event travel including overnight stays and 2-3 weekends per month during event season
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events
- Capacity to lift and manipulate equipment weighing a minimum of 30 pounds
- Experience working in professional office environments and event settings
- Proficiency in communication tools such as radio, walkie talkie, text messaging, and email

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Event Coordinators and Logistics Coordinators to ensure best practices are being maximized
- Assist and/or secure staff for events
- Book travel for all event personnel including judges and staff
- Manage and/or coordinate awards and inventory
- Assist with securing Box Office personnel and manage internal systems
- Assist and/or secure labor, riggers, and equipment for all events within a given region
- Assist and/or manage Eventbrite site
- Assist and/or secure vendors for events
- Submit order forms and packing lists
- Close out events with admissions reporting, payroll, and event summaries
- Handle goals and success metrics established
- Work closely with the Operations Team
- Serve in mid-level management or support role at events
- Provide support to camp operations team for payroll and hotels
