Job Requirements

- Preferably some experience in sales, catering or banquets

Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between salesperson and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
- Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy
