Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Availability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Capable of lifting objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

Well-developed interpersonal skills
A commitment to great guest service
Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to multitask efficiently
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of event coordination beneficial

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing tutorials as needed
