Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and supervising all hostesses and servers
- Inventory and order all office and front of the house supplies
- Clean, maintain, organize and stock host stand and server stations
- Field all party inquiries, administer all contracts and execute all private parties
- Review contracts with general manager before final copy is executed
- Reply to all party inquiries within 24 hours
- Book and maintain all private events
- Floor management during lunch and dinner
- Assist in working hostess stand, touch tables and assist wait/bar staff in all aspects of service
- Host mandatory AM/PM pre-shift meeting for wait staff and bartenders
- Update and maintain accurate pre-shift notes
- Update intranet, events calendar and website
- Hold calendar for at least two months out for all in house, catering parties and outside events that may affect staffing and/or sales
- Maintain all social media sites
- Design, print and implement all promo materials
- Promote various nights and events
- Play theme appropriate music throughout each segment of the shift
- Control all volume, lighting and temperature throughout the shift
- Complete nightly sales email
- Check Yelp, OpenTable and Trip Advisor and draft responses to any negative reviews or complaints
- Ensure guest satisfaction and retention
- File comment cards and update database
- Network and attend community outreach programs to grow sales
- Complete bar cards daily and distribute to staff and managers
