Job Duties
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilize systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
- Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- Prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
- Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings
- Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties
