Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Ability to push and/or pull a loaded cart weighing approximately 100 pounds
  • Ability to lift and move approximately 50 pounds
  • Capacity to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
  • Proficient in using basic office equipment such as fax, copier, telephone, and computer
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main liaison between the hotel and on-site meeting contacts
  • Handle and address group and guest needs and requests promptly
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
  • Coordinate event logistics to support seamless execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout events
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests under pressure
  • Utilize office equipment to support event administration
