- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- familiarity with hotel event management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- act as liaison between hotel and on-site meeting contact
- handle and address group or guest needs and requests
- maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities
- understand group dynamics and event specifics
- coordinate event logistics with hotel departments
- ensure seamless communication between all parties involved in the event
- support Event Sales and Planning team in event execution
