Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
- Must have demonstrated strong guest service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk lengthy distances

Job Duties
- Greet event guests
- Provide directions and general ballpark information
- Provide event information and itinerary and facilitate event flow
- Staff coat check
- Distribute event items
- Assist with event preparation and set-up
- Maintain accurate guest count
- Assist clients with event registration and execution
- Escort VIP clients and guests throughout the ballpark
- Other duties as assigned
