Job Duties
- Training kitchen staff as needed
- Ensuring that kitchen has correct stock for event menu
- Participating in all aspects of food preparation
- Ensuring that kitchen staff adheres to all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations
- Leading meal service and managing kitchen operations during events
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
