Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of hospitality or hotel operational management experience
  • Availability to work evening and overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to work five days per week including weekends or holidays if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing operational management experience
  • Proven track record supervising teams in a 24/7 environment
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to manage supplies, confidential documents, and guest/vendor email correspondence

Job Duties

  • Drive exceptional guest experience by overseeing all front desk, guest services, and bell operations
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule guest service agents for optimal engagement and performance
  • Maintain payroll accuracy, supply inventories, and documentation compliance to support smooth daily operations
  • Respond rapidly and professionally to escalations, guest satisfaction issues, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a cohesive and guest-focused service environment
