Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Training skills with ability to assess and modify employee training
  • Strong mentoring and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee front office, facilities, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff
  • Ensure guests receive the highest standard of service
  • Manage front desk and food and beverage shifts
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and requests
  • Facilitate communication between departments
  • Lead continuing training and mentoring of employees
  • Assist the General Manager with daily tasks
