Job Requirements
- 2-4 years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
- Training skills with ability to assess and modify employee training
- Strong mentoring and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee front office, facilities, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff
- Ensure guests receive the highest standard of service
- Manage front desk and food and beverage shifts
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and requests
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Lead continuing training and mentoring of employees
- Assist the General Manager with daily tasks
