Job Requirements

  • associates degree in a hospitality or business-related field
  • 2-4 years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
  • training skills with ability to assess skill level of employees and modify training as needed
  • strong mentoring skills with ability to mentor employees through role modeling, supervision and feedback
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • professional demeanor
  • proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • must be able to work on feet for extended periods
  • must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee front office and food and beverage staff during evening shifts
  • ensure guests receive highest standard of service
  • respond promptly to guest complaints and requests
  • facilitate communication between departments
  • lead and conduct ongoing employee training sessions
  • assist General Manager with daily operational tasks
  • maintain professional and organized front of house operations
