Job Requirements
- associates degree in a hospitality or business-related field
- 2-4 years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
- training skills with ability to assess skill level of employees and modify training as needed
- strong mentoring skills with ability to mentor employees through role modeling, supervision and feedback
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- professional demeanor
- proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- must be able to work on feet for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

- maintain professional and organized front of house operations
