Job Requirements
- Education or experience in hospitality or related field
- three or more years of management experience in a hotel or customer-focused operation
- ability to work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- schedule flexibility to accommodate operational needs
- strong communication and administrative skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- proficiency with payroll and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing operational management experience
- proven track record supervising teams in a 24/7 environment
- strong administrative and communication skills
- ability to manage supplies, confidential documents, and guest/vendor email correspondence
Job Duties
- Drive exceptional guest experience by overseeing all front desk, guest services, and bell operations
- manage, mentor, and schedule guest service agents for optimal engagement and performance
- maintain payroll accuracy, supply inventories, and documentation compliance to support smooth daily operations
- respond rapidly and professionally to escalations, guest satisfaction issues, and internal communications
- collaborate with department leaders to ensure a cohesive and guest-focused service environment
