Job Requirements

  • Education or experience in hospitality or related field
  • three or more years of management experience in a hotel or customer-focused operation
  • ability to work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • schedule flexibility to accommodate operational needs
  • strong communication and administrative skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • proficiency with payroll and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing operational management experience
  • proven track record supervising teams in a 24/7 environment
  • strong administrative and communication skills
  • ability to manage supplies, confidential documents, and guest/vendor email correspondence

Job Duties

  • Drive exceptional guest experience by overseeing all front desk, guest services, and bell operations
  • manage, mentor, and schedule guest service agents for optimal engagement and performance
  • maintain payroll accuracy, supply inventories, and documentation compliance to support smooth daily operations
  • respond rapidly and professionally to escalations, guest satisfaction issues, and internal communications
  • collaborate with department leaders to ensure a cohesive and guest-focused service environment
