Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare and present delicious food consistent with McDonald’s quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and ensure a positive work atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure customer and team safety
- Assist with training new team members and support ongoing team development
