Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum eight to ten years' experience in Program Management, Marketing, Direct Sales, or Sales Management
- Ability to generate, communicate, and lead effective actions across the organization
- Possesses construction business principles
- Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication
- Able to represent Johnson Controls at varying technical and managerial levels
- General operational knowledge of field sales procedures
- Knowledge of industry, company products and services
- Able to travel 35%
Job Qualifications

- MBA preferred

Job Duties
- Leads profitable growth of the HVAC Equipment business secured and executed through Agent partnerships
- Ensures Agent partners actively promote entire Johnson Controls Equipment portfolio
- Provides HVAC Equipment leadership to enhance relationship between sales teams and independent equipment sales agents
- Leads development and deployment of sales and operations processes through independent Agent partner
- Ensures implementation and adherence to Johnson Controls standard operating procedures
- Leads identification and development of performance improvement activities for independent sales agents
- Manages sales agent contract administration including contract development, maintenance and enforcement
