Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with every other weekend and rotating holidays
  • Ability to work evening, night, and weekend shifts as required
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties
  • Ability to comply with hospital employment policies and clinical protocols

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Work assigned shifts on a full-time schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Participate in shift handoff communications to ensure continuity of care
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and hospital policies
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training provided on the job
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care activities
  • Utilize resources effectively for optimal patient outcomes
