Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic food safety knowledge
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- good communication skills
- willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
- ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- help with inventory control and ordering supplies
- participate in menu planning and recipe development
- train and mentor junior kitchen staff
