Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Two years of experience in a customer contact role
- Completion of AAA compliance training, RPST, TSAAC, Lock-out, PSP, Battery Service Training
- Vocational technical automotive training or equivalent experience preferred
- ASE certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a customer contact role
- Clear and proficient verbal and written communication skills even under pressure
- Common knowledge of vehicle components and common reasons for vehicle failure
- Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety and respond appropriately
- Ability to drive a manual or automatic shift vehicle
- Vocational technical automotive training or certification preferred
- ASE certification preferred
Job Duties
- Driving and operating a service vehicle including flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services
- On-scene time interacting with customers to establish rapport, build relationships, trust, and problem solve
- Leveraging sales skills to offer AAA products and services during member interactions
- Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems
- Completing daily paperwork including call-logs, battery invoices, and cash receipts
