Job Requirements
- completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- in-district applicants only for the first five days of posting
- ability to perform receptionist and clerical duties
- availability to support emergency and disaster service work as required
- submission of two recent letters of recommendation
- willingness to engage with the school community in a culturally competent manner

Job Duties
- manage the efficient operation of an elementary school office including receptionist duties
- perform clerical tasks such as record-keeping and filing
- handle community relations and serve as a liaison between school and families
- provide student care services and support general school safety
- assist with emergency, crisis, and pandemic-related duties as assigned
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- support the elementary principal and school staff as needed
