Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of exceptional customer care experience
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required
- Three consecutive years of clean driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Applicants aged 21-25 must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

- At least six months of customer care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage
- Prior delivery experience preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
