Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience
  • compassionate individual
  • flexibility to work varying hours, weekends and/or on-call when required
  • three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
  • anyone between the ages of 21-25 years old must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record with no at fault accidents or moving violations
  • prior delivery experience preferred

Job Duties

  • deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
