Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call
  • Valid and clean driving record for three consecutive years with no major moving violations or accidents
  • Successful clean motor vehicle record for candidates aged 21-25 years old
  • Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior delivery experience preferred

  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends and/or on-call when required

  • Anyone between the ages of 21-25 years old must successfully demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at our patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
