Job Requirements
- Compassionate individual with at least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Clean motor vehicle record for individuals aged 21-25
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic technical skills to handle medical equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery and service records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet patient needs
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in equipment handling
- Support on-call and flexible scheduling as required
