Job Requirements

  • Compassionate individual with at least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call
  • Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
  • Clean motor vehicle record for individuals aged 21-25
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic technical skills to handle medical equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate delivery and service records
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet patient needs
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in equipment handling
  • Support on-call and flexible scheduling as required
