Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required
- Ability to lift and carry medical equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to educate patients and families on equipment use
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery and service records
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and internal teams
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
