Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for three consecutive years
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts
  • Compassionate nature and excellent customer care skills
  • Age between 21-25 must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
  • Prior delivery or technician experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry medical equipment safely

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
  • Proficient in troubleshooting basic medical equipment issues

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate delivery and service records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met
  • Respond promptly to equipment-related issues or emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
