Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic physical ability such as standing for long periods and lifting packages
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to use computer systems for ordering and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant market language
- Basic math and financial management skills
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
- College degree preferred

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, and food handling standards
- Maintain a guest-focused culture and handle customer feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Engage with the local community and build partnerships
- Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
- Complete vendor orders and manage inventory
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- Communicate restaurant goals and performance to the team
