Job Requirements

  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally
  • friendly, energetic, highly motivated
  • able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • dumpling experience is not required
  • experience with dough prep is a plus
  • open availability
  • eager to learn and enjoy challenges
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
  • rolls dumpling/bun skins
  • stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings/buns in a steamer
  • adds meat and allergen identifiers
  • steams dumplings/buns
  • maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
  • labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
  • attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
