The Dual Food and Beverage Supervisor is an essential role within the hotels operated by Peachtree Group, overseeing the daily operations of both kitchen and front-of-house food and beverage functions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with financial reporting and inventory management

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house food and beverage operations

- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
