Job Requirements
- minimum of associate's degree in culinary arts, food service management, hospitality management, nutrition, management, or related discipline
- minimum of five years of experience as a working chef or hospitality professional supervising kitchen or hospitality staff or bachelor's degree with minimum of three years of experience or master's degree with minimum of one year of experience
- ability to teach dual credit students effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- current knowledge of hospitality and culinary industry standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- teach hospitality and culinary management courses at the Lake County Tech Campus
- prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to dual credit students
- assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- collaborate with high school faculty and CLC staff to align curriculum and standards
- participate in professional development activities as needed
- ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment
