Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report with no multiple violations
- Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills

Job Duties
- Show up on time, start time is 11:20 AM
- Load vans at Amazon warehouse
- Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, and tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis
- Work in all weather conditions and on various routes achieving 15000 to 20000 steps a day
- Get in and out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Keep pace in physically demanding job
- Use devices provided to track your progress while on route and for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
- Complete routes safely and efficiently and successfully handle and deliver packages on time to Amazon’s customers
- Perform safety inspections on vans
- Drive safely and follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
- Mandated OT during peak season and other high volume events
