Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in a fast paced customer service centric environment such as retail sales associate, customer service representative, or salon associate
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask
- Physical ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting 6-8 hours
- Technical ability to operate a point of sale system
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required by law
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a fast paced customer service centric environment
- Previous experience with point of sale systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon or spa experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Track record in providing outstanding customer service

- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Managing retail product sales and inventory
- Operating the point of sale system accurately
- Scheduling client appointments and managing the front desk
