Job Qualifications
- Previous courier or delivery experience preferred
- Valid commercial driving license
- Knowledge of New York City and Tri-State area routes advantageous
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to operate cargo vans, sprinters, or box/liftgate trucks proficiently
Job Duties
- Transport packages safely and efficiently to local destinations
- Manage delivery schedules and routes on a daily basis
- Ensure cargo is securely loaded and unloaded
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain vehicle in good operating condition
- Adhere to traffic and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
