Job Requirements
- Above the age of 25
- valid Class C driver's license
- excellent driving record
- courteous and professional interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekends when needed
- authorized to work in the United States
- availability for a minimum 40-hour workweek
- self-starter with minimal supervision
- able to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience driving larger vehicles
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in greenhouse conditions with high humidity and moisture
- bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- forklift driving experience or willingness to train
- high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Job Duties
- Drive 18' to 26' reefer trucks and delivery vans to transport cannabis goods and materials
- undertake out-of-town trips with occasional overnight stays
- perform warehouse duties including offloading, loading deliveries, receiving vehicles, processing, packaging, and shipping orders
- complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- comply with regulations from the Bureau of Cannabis Control, CDFA, FMCSA, and internal compliance
- maintain vehicle and work area cleanliness
- use required PPE according to OSHA regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
