Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Availability to work PRN schedule as needed
- Physical ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance assistance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic CPR certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Current CPR preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and lift equipment
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Commitment to providing compassionate care
Job Duties
- Transport residents in company vehicles to activities and appointments
- Safely assist residents in and out of vehicles
- Operate lift equipment necessary to load and unload wheelchairs
- Assist maintenance department in maintaining vehicles
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Recognize and report changes in resident's condition to medical personnel
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- Maintain a safe work environment and exhibit safe work practices
- Interact cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff
