Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to perform occasional lifting
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Operates company twelve passenger van in accordance with applicable DOT rules and regulations
- Loads and unloads passengers between various destinations
- Loads and unloads car seats, strollers, and other items
- Assists passengers with proper car seat installation
- Provides and collects appropriate documentation for the delivery of passengers
- Ensures passengers arrive at their destination safely and on time
- Interacts with patients, public, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintains vehicle maintenance logs
- Performs vehicle safety checks prior to each shift and reports findings
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
