Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid Driver's License with minimum of 2 years driving experience
- clean driving record
- drive trucks with a gross vehicle weight rating under 26,001 lbs
- basic computer skills
- exceptional customer service skills
- general knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance
- general understanding of proper load securement
- proficient using GPS and routing systems
- ability to drive or sit for long hours
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive Encore owned, leased, or rented vehicles including vans and box trucks with a gross vehicle weight of less than 26,001 lbs
- maintain set routes and schedules as directed by supervisor to meet customer expectations
- load and unload vehicles
- review orders for accuracy during delivery and pickup to ensure all items are accounted for
- ensure contents are properly secured inside truck to prevent breakage or damage
- obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to weather and road conditions
- complete manual or electronic log book as required
- provide superior customer service and strive to exceed customer needs and expectations
- maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication
- ensure consistent communication with dispatcher as needed
- assist with pulling, receiving, and transportation of equipment
- participate in annual physical inventory process
- perform quality control and equipment staging in warehouse as directed
- ensure all equipment is picked up and delivered on site
- work with dispatcher or supervisors to ensure vehicles are well maintained through scheduled service
- maintain cleanliness and good appearance of vehicles
- perform daily vehicle inspections and complete driver vehicle inspection logs
- maintain and replenish vehicle fluids
- identify mechanical maintenance needs
- report any vehicle damages or traffic violations to supervisor promptly
