Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Driver's license required by state - Missouri: must have a Class E license
  • Illinois: must have a Class C license or must obtain a Class C permit during pre-employment and before starting work
  • Iowa and Kansas: must have a Class C license
  • Clean driving record within MVR guidelines
  • Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred
  • Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience
  • Local delivery experience preferred
  • Clean driving record within MVR guidelines

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Delivers products to customers on assigned route
  • Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards
  • Picks up company property from customer locations and collect returns
  • Utilizes computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily
  • Provides excellent customer service and meets customer expectations through communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures including DOT regulations
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
