Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Driver's license required by state - Missouri: must have a Class E license
- Illinois: must have a Class C license or must obtain a Class C permit during pre-employment and before starting work
- Iowa and Kansas: must have a Class C license
- Clean driving record within MVR guidelines
- Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred
- Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of one year of work experience
- Local delivery experience preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
Job Duties
- Delivers products to customers on assigned route
- Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards
- Picks up company property from customer locations and collect returns
- Utilizes computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily
- Provides excellent customer service and meets customer expectations through communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures including DOT regulations
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
