Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older to be a driver
- movers must be 18 years or older
- possess a valid drivers license to be a driver
- ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a delivery driver, driver, seasonal driver, general laborer, landscaper, transportation worker, ranch hand, construction worker, production worker, manufacturing employee, factory worker, assembly line worker, or warehouse associate helpful
- ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
- valid drivers license for driver positions
Job Duties
- Provide a positive moving experience for customers
- safely load and unload customers' belongings
- maintain open communication with customers and team members throughout the move
- act as team leader for a moving crew and execute move plans
- safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
- complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventories
- comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
- complete move paperwork and customer payment processing
