Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Own a reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery
- Have proof of vehicle insurance
- Possess a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Be able to communicate professionally with customers
- Safely transport and deliver packages following all driving rules and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Experience with smartphone apps (iPhone or Android)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Reliable personal vehicle with adequate space for packages
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Complete driver registration and onboarding
- Use the Better Trucks app to select and accept delivery blocks
- Pick up packages from the designated hub
- Scan packages accurately before delivery
- Deliver parcels safely to customers while following all traffic laws
- Communicate professionally with customers when necessary
- Manage time effectively to complete routes within estimated durations
