Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience driving box trucks with gross vehicle weight between 14,500 lbs and 26,000 lbs
  • Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations if applicable
  • Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
  • Physical fitness to move continuously, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate power equipment
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience with box truck driving
  • Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations
  • Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
  • Experience operating forklifts or power equipment preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong spatial reasoning
  • Customer service experience in retail or delivery settings preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain safety and compliance standards while operating company vehicles, including thorough daily inspections and maintenance
  • Execute specialized deliveries by navigating apartment buildings across designated market
  • Plan and verify deliveries from matching orders against invoices to capturing delivery confirmations
  • Build strong customer relationships while partnering with sales team to provide enhanced on-site support
  • Deliver and unload merchandise within apartment buildings, per customer direction
  • Operate power equipment such as forklifts and lifts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with branch leadership and customers to ensure high service levels
