- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to lift heavy packages consistently
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- willing to work weekends including Saturday or Sunday
- adherence to company uniform policies
- reliable transportation to start and end shifts at DSX8 San Antonio location
- ability to follow safety guidelines strictly
- no use of personal phone during delivery routes
- availability for full-time work

Job Duties
- Assist the driver with the route throughout the day
- be on time and wear proper uniform
- verify tools and equipment needed to complete deliveries
- use three points of contact when entering and exiting the van
- stay alert during travel to identify potential issues
- support and coach the driver as needed
- help load packages to facilitate smooth delivery
- review the route itinerary and notify customers before arrival
- communicate specifics of delivery locations
- guide the driver in tight delivery spaces
- keep packages organized for easy unloading
- maintain constant communication with the driver
- make notes to aid the driver in timed stops
- use Flex system and avoid distractions
- ensure deliveries are made safely following customer requests
- keep the cab and cargo area clean and organized
- report unsafe conditions or hazards
- maintain focus and a positive attitude throughout the shift
