- Reliable pickup truck half-ton or larger that meets Flex tow standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of insurance
- Smartphone with iOS or Android operating system
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle and handle equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Pick up and transport Flex smart trailers between storage and customer sites
- Safely operate your truck and handle equipment according to Flex safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Flex team
- Upload photos and proof of completion through the Flex Marketplace App
- Manage your schedule independently without dispatch calls
- Ensure compliance with all vehicle and towing standards
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic regulations
