Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Class B CDL license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Experience with pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to operate manual transmission
- Pass DOT physical and drug testing
- Capable of physically demanding work including lifting at least 75 pounds
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Comfortable with overnight routes
- Knowledge of weight limits and load balancing
- Reliable and safety-first professional with strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B license
- Good driving record
- Over the road driving experience
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Ability to pass Driver’s Testing and DOT Physical/Drug Testing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Ability to operate manual transmission
- Knowledge of basic math and map reading skills
Job Duties
- Transport goods safely to various locations using a Class B CDL
- Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections including tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
- Load and unload materials manually and secure cargo using blocks, tie-downs, and ropes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and distribute receipts for loads
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors for routing and delivery instructions
- Maintain DOT-compliant truck logs including electronic logs
- Assist customers with unloading and ensure satisfaction at delivery points
- Operate a Moffett truck when required
- Collect payments for goods and delivery charges when necessary
- Stay flexible for overnight routes
