Job Requirements
- Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment including lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Willingness to perform both driver and warehouse roles throughout career
- Capable of passing requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment
- Strong adaptability to perform other assigned duties
- Must successfully pass drug test, motor vehicle records (MVR), and background check
- FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration required
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience
- Experience with direct store delivery (DSD) preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus
- Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities
- Ability to follow schedules and instructions effectively
- Proficient use of smartphone, electronic logging devices (ELD), and scanners for deliveries
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment
- Completing daily field service activities including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records
- Performing all duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor
- Coordinating with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas and communicating customer needs to customer service
- Participating in warehouse activities including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization
- Working in warehousing performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
- Maintaining an accurate running inventory and adhering to safety and quality checks
