- ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- physical capability to assist passengers with mobility
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to use mobile devices for route management

Job Duties
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for members to and from medical appointments
- deliver empathetic service—treat every member with respect, kindness, and professionalism
- assist members with mobility needs, including wheelchair boarding and safe entry/exit from the vehicle
- plan routes and manage your schedule using mobile technology to ensure on-time performance
- communicate proactively with dispatch and management about delays or issues
- maintain accurate daily logs and complete all required documentation
- perform vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns promptly
- uphold company expectations: zero missed trips, zero late pickups
