Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent or equivalent work experience
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- prior delivery driving experience preferred
- ability to drive in all weather conditions during day and night
- ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
- ability to use handheld devices and conduct minor installations
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- pass required background checks and vaccinations as mandated
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred
- must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- prior delivery driving experience is a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to lift containers weighing up to 75 pounds
- comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
- ability to sit, stand, move, and operate a vehicle for extended periods
- ability to use computers and tablets and conduct minor technology installation and troubleshooting
- healthcare experience is beneficial
- flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed
- subject to vaccination and background checks as required by customers
Job Duties
- deliver medical equipment using company transit van to hospital customer locations and notify delivery status
- show empathy and compassion for customers and patients in every situation
- load and unload packages and products from vehicles to the home
- perform minor technical installation and de-installation in the home and troubleshoot technology as required
- maintain vehicles in proper working condition including cleanliness and minor maintenance tasks
- utilize handheld tablets for navigation and reporting status changes and inventory updates
- ensure quality service provision and prompt follow-through on customer correspondence and inquiries related to shipment and stock-on-hand
