Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 36 months of driving experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, drive for prolonged periods
- Ability to maintain specimen integrity
- Familiarity with logistics software preferred
- Neat and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 36 months driving experience as evidenced by a current Motor Vehicle Report
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and neat appearance
- Clean driving record
- Positive, can-do attitude
Job Duties
- Adhere to Driver and Safety Handbook policies and protocols
- Proper route preparation including coolers, ice packs, biopsy bags, and vehicle checklist
- Timely delivery of client supplies and specimens to the appropriate destination
- Maintain specimen integrity at all times using specimen carry bag
- Efficient and timely completion of routes
- Follow scheduled routes while allowing for special pick-ups
- Use logistics software for route pick-ups with required data entry and photos
- Operate vehicle safely maintaining valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ensure route is started with proper equipment and tools
- Complete late return forms when actual time of arrival exceeds estimated time
- Use "We Were Here, But No Specimens Available" tags as needed
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and supervisor
- Complete timekeeping, attendance, and punctuality requirements
- Assist in transportation-related duties as requested
- Represent Antech positively at all times
