Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant driving or logistics experience preferred
  • Valid commercial driver’s license
  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks, drug and alcohol tests
  • Physical capability to perform medium work including lifting and repetitive motions
  • Availability to work specified shifts including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compliance with Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Generally prefer 2-4 years of experience
  • Ability to perform medium work involving lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to spend significant time standing, walking, reaching, pulling, and repetitive motions

Job Duties

  • Verify shipment-bills for required information and load freight onto trucks
  • Unload freight from trucks and weigh/check dimensions compared to shipper’s calculations
  • Sort outbound freight between overnight and second-day and load ULD and trucks
  • Deliver freight to customer location using company vehicles
  • Recover freight from customer location using company vehicles
  • Meet all Federal and State standards of qualification for commercial drivers
  • Adhere to Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
